In September of 2000 Doctors Richard K. Osterholm, William R. Palmer and Joseph F. Shehan decided to leave their position at Internal Medicine Associates and form their own practice.  Along with this endeavor they asked Doctors Anton F. Piskac and Susanne E. Eilts to join them.  This partnership continues today in providing excellent patient care.
